![]() I'm not saying there might not be some bug related to that, 'cause what do I know, I'm just saying I never experienced it during all of my time with the game. You might have a different opinion on what playable and unplayable is, sure, but saying that the m+kb support was not an improvement over DS1 seems rather foolish.īTW, not once did the double click option activate randomly for me. There does seem to however be a bug which reverts the function, after starting up the game even though the setting shows as Double-Clicking being disabled. DS2, on the other hand, was perfectly playable even on release, let alone after them fixing the double click issue. This was the reason for the mouse input lag when attempting attacks as the game code would wait a certain time before executing the attack in case the player wanted to preform a double click. The mouse and keyboard support in DS1 is so terrible it's pretty much unplayable without using DSMFix. This is from someone who played (or rather plays) both of those games using mouse and keyboard exclusively. ![]() Even with that double click issue (that could be worked around and was fixed by them officially later), DS2 mouse and keyboard support was a MASSIVE improvement over DS1 kb+m support.
